Code of conduct

Principles of social responsibility of Rheinmetall AG

The Code of Conduct is a social standard agreed upon with the European Works Council (EWC) which has to be observed in the employer- and employee relationship and the business practices. Based on the core working standards of the International Labour Organisation (ILO).

Rheinmetall AG declares therein that it will observe the elementary employees' rights everywhere in the world.

The Code of Conduct is available in various languages.
